Senior Sales Manager
About this role
A Senior Sales Manager is needed to lead BBA Motors Limited's sales operations in Lagos, driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships for an automobile dealer of new Chinese vehicles and electric mobility products.
What you would do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team for strong performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Monitor sales performance, forecast, and report to management
- Ensure lead management, customer retention and after-sales engagement
