Senior Sales Lead

What you would do
- Direct and manage the B2B sales team, set expectations, coach execution, assign accounts and hold the team accountable for revenue quality.
- Originate and close major opportunities, lead deals from origination through to contract and collection follow-through.
- Maintain follow-through on collections and work with Finance as required.
- Allocate and govern B2B territories and strategic accounts with clear plans and ownership.
- Own tenders, proposals and major commercial submissions, coordinating internal inputs.
- Lead the B2B team across developers, architects, MEP consultants, contractors and corporate clients.
- Run the B2B pipeline, forecast cadence, and defend forecasts in reviews.
- Perform other sales and commercial duties as assigned.
- Cover for the Sales Manager when unavailable while aligning with them.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across lighting, HVAC, lifts and related systems.

- Experience leading or supervising a B2B sales team with coaching and performance accountability.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, relationship management and executive presence.
- Favours female candidates for gender balance.
- Experience in HVAC, electrical/building systems, elevators, MEP, construction materials or related sectors is strongly preferred.
