Senior Sales Executive, Travel Agent Partnerships

Senior Sales Executive will build and grow a global network of travel agent partners for resortlife.travel, focusing on onboarding and account management to drive partner bookings. The role targets experienced B2B sales in travel, with emphasis on Maldives or luxury travel knowledge and remote work readiness.

What you would do

• Identify travel agents, tour operators and agencies worldwide that sell Maldives holidays
• Sign up partners as B2B partners via LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups
• Onboard new partners by setting up agent accounts and training on rates, booking tools and AI features
• Grow partner bookings through regular account management, follow-ups and promotions
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and provide weekly reports on leads, signed partners and bookings
• Work remotely to meet targets and deadlines

• 4+ years of B2B sales or business development in travel, tourism or hospitality
• Track record of signing agency partners with measurable results
• Strong written and spoken English; other languages a plus
