What you would do
- Learn and apply Shelf Life's sales process to meet targets
- Work with leads and new clients to ensure project success
- Review data to support interpretation and strategy development
- Maintain accurate customer relationship data
- Support lead-generation and marketing material planning
- Plan and manage group-based education and sales events
- Help manage inbound and outbound sales activity
- Coordinate with other Associates and collaborate with Field team
- Support development of new channels and account growth strategies
- Mentor new team members during onboarding and assist with sales tasks as needed

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy or business administration
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, FMCG or financial services, with complex or B2B sales
- Experience across sales and marketing is preferred
- Strong organisational, communication and data management skills

- Demonstrated drive and ability to work in team settings
- Passion for improving healthcare in Nigeria
