Senior Sales Associate (Delta)

The role is for a Senior Sales Associate at Shelf Life, part of Field Intelligence, with responsibilities centred on meeting quarterly sales targets and managing customer relationships. What you would do
- Learn and implement the company's sales process to meet quarterly targets
- Manage leads and new client relationships to ensure customer success
- Review data and trends to inform strategy development
- Maintain accurate customer relationship data
- Support lead-generation strategies and marketing materials
- Plan and manage group education and sales events
- Coordinate inbound and outbound sales activities
- Collaborate with fellow Associates on account growth and new channels
- Assist with account management and client success
- Provide mentorship and leadership to new team members during onboarding and ad hoc tasks

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy or business administration
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, FMCG or financial services, complex or B2B sales
- Experience across sales and marketing functions preferred
- Strong organisational, communication and data management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Demonstrated drive and skill
- Passion for improving healthcare in Nigeria
- Ability to work with a diverse team and in interdisciplinary settings
