Senior Risk and Compliance Manager

What you would do

• Promote a risk, compliance and control culture across the organisation.
• Implement and maintain the enterprise risk management framework.
• Collaborate with business functions to develop risk mitigation and remediation plans.
• Provide management with insights on key risks, control gaps and exposures.
• Conduct risk and control assessments and identify improvement areas.
• Support internal and external audit activities and close audit findings timely.
• Develop and monitor risk and compliance reporting, dashboards and KRIs.
• Monitor compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and standards.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies and governance processes.
• Identify, assess and monitor operational, financial, strategic and compliance risks.
