What you would do

• Drive revenue growth and achieve targets for assets and liabilities.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for business growth.
• Mobilise deposits and investment inflows aligned with company targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with HNIs, corporates, and institutional clients.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and strengthen existing portfolios.
• Coach and lead a corporate marketing/business development team; set KPIs.
• Provide market insights and contribute to sales and client engagement frameworks.
• Deliver periodic portfolio, pipeline, and revenue reports.
• Collaborate with management on market expansion and client acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on performance and forecasts.
