- Drive repeat borrowing and up-sell within existing merchant portfolios
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to maintain underwriting quality while hitting targets
- Monitor KPIs, conduct merchant visits, and track market trends to inform strategy and pricing

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in merchant lending, SME lending, business banking or fintech credit sales
- Strong understanding of cashflow-based lending, underwriting and portfolio management
- Experience managing a lending portfolio of at least N2B+
- Proven track record of loan book growth and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
