• Drive repeat borrowing and loan up-sell within existing merchant portfolios.
• Collaborate with credit and risk teams to meet targets with quality underwriting.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct merchant visits, and drive POS adoption to support lending and payments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in merchant lending, SME lending, business banking or fintech credit sales.

• Proven track record of loan book growth and sales target achievement.
