• Originate and close merchant and SME loan deals across key sectors
• Manage end-to-end loan sales processes from prospecting to disbursement and post-disbursement monitoring
• Grow and manage a high-quality loan portfolio with strong repayment performance
• Drive repeat borrowing and upsell within existing merchant portfolios
• Collaborate with credit and risk teams to maintain underwriting quality while meeting targets
• Drive adoption of POS and offline payments to support lending and transaction visibility

• 8+ years of experience in merchant lending, SME lending, business banking or fintech credit sales
