Senior Relationship Manager - Business Banking - Cross River

What you would do
- Originate and close merchant and SME loan deals across key sectors
- Manage end-to-end loan sales including prospecting, onboarding, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring
- Grow and manage a high-quality loan book with strong utilisation and repayment performance
- Drive repeat borrowing and up-sell within existing merchant portfolios
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to maintain underwriting quality while meeting targets
- Monitor KPIs, conduct merchant visits, and track market trends to inform product and pricing strategies
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years in merchant lending, SME lending, business banking or fintech credit sales
- Strong understanding of cashflow-based lending, underwriting and portfolio management
- Experience managing a lending portfolio of at least N2B+
- Proven track record of loan book growth and hitting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
