• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in client acquisition and relationship management in retail banking
• First degree required (master's degree is an added advantage)
• Technical knowledge of consumer banking products (Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment; local language skills and client networks
• Professional bank training and regulatory/compliance awareness (e.g., AML, sanctions)
