Senior Quantity Surveyor
About this role
Bluemool Limited seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Lagos with 7–8 years of relevant experience to manage cost, contracts and financial reporting across construction and real estate projects. The role involves budgeting, tendering, procurement, valuation, cost control and liaising with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What you would do
- Prepare regular commercial and financial reports for management
- Keep projects within budgets and meet commercial targets
- Attend site meetings, inspections and progress reviews
- Record project costs, contracts, variations and payments
- Forecast expenditure and cash flow
- Review contractor payments and verify on-site work; manage tenders and procurement; support contract administration and dispute resolution; prepare valuations, BOQs, cost plans and final accounts; monitor costs and variances

- 7–8 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Experience in construction, real estate development or property projects
- Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and QS software; good communication and stakeholder management
