What you would do

• Plan, coordinate and supervise factory construction and development projects from inception to completion.
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, budgets, timelines and project resources.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and other stakeholders to meet operational specifications for factories.
• Monitor project progress, resolve construction challenges and provide regular progress reports to management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects, especially development or construction of factories and industrial facilities.
• Experience on construction projects in FMCG or food manufacturing sectors, preferably with organisations such as Power Oil or GB Foods.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, contractor management, budgeting, quality control and project execution.
