Senior Project Engineer – EPCIC (Mechanical)

About this role

RoadLamp Limited seeks an experienced Senior Project Engineer – EPCIC (Mechanical) to provide technical and project execution leadership on major EPCIC projects in Port Harcourt, Rivers. The role involves coordinating mechanical engineering activities across project execution and collaborating with engineering, procurement and construction teams to deliver safe, on‑schedule projects that meet approved technical and quality requirements, reporting to the Project Execution Lead.

What you would do

• Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering activities across assigned EPCIC projects
• Provide technical leadership and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle
• Review project scopes, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements for mechanical works
• Monitor compliance with approved mechanical standards and project schedules
• Support procurement by reviewing mechanical material specifications and technical submissions
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar works
• Proven experience handling major EPCIC projects
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, EPCIC, engineering or construction environments
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
