Senior Project Engineer – EPCIC (Mechanical)

About this role

RoadLamp Limited seeks a Senior Project Engineer – EPCIC (Mechanical) to provide technical and project execution leadership on major EPCIC mechanical projects. The role coordinates mechanical engineering activities with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and in line with approved technical and quality requirements. It is a full-time position based in Port Harcourt, Rivers.

What you would do

• Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering activities across assigned EPCIC projects.
• Provide technical leadership and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project scopes, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Monitor mechanical activities to ensure compliance with approved standards and project schedules.
• Support procurement and vendor activities by reviewing specifications and participating in evaluations as required.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and handover for project close-out and start-up.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar EPCIC or oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience handling major EPCIC projects.
• Relevant experience within oil and gas, EPC, EPCIC, engineering or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and project execution processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
