Senior Product Manager - Lending (IOS)

Senior Product Manager for Lending on iOS at FairMoney Microfinance Bank. Responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end user experience of iOS lending products, aligning with cross-functional teams and driving performance metrics.

What you would do

• Define the end-to-end iOS lending journey from discovery to repeat borrowing
• Own and prioritise the iOS lending roadmap
• Improve iOS lending activation, conversion, and retention
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Data Science, Risk, Credit and Operations
• Lead product launches and monitor post-launch performance
• Use data, experiments and customer feedback to optimise the iOS lending experience

• Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager, preferably in lending, fintech or financial services
• Experience building or improving mobile products, especially iOS or consumer fintech apps
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of consumer lending processes including application, credit assessment, disbursement, repayment and repeat borrowing
• Experience using product analytics, KPIs and experimentation to drive decisions
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field (Master's a plus)
