Senior Product Manager - Financial Operations
About this role
Senior Product Manager for Financial Operations responsible for the end-to-end FinOps suite on the Duplo Dashboard, including invoicing, billing, expense management, direct debit, and both local and international payments. This role targets the Nigerian market with expansion across Africa and requires ownership of strategy, roadmap, and monetisation outcomes for finance-related products.
What you would do
- Define and own the FinOps product strategy, vision and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Own the invoicing and e-invoicing product end to end, including compliance.
- Shape local and international transfers, expense management, and direct debit flows.
- Maintain product analytics, track success metrics, and drive growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance and GTM to ship features and mentor other PMs.
What they are asking for
- 7-8 years of product management experience in B2B fintech, payments or SaaS.
- Experience shipping financial operations solutions (invoicing, billing, payroll, or ERP integrations).
- Hands-on with payments products including local and cross-border payments, FX, settlement and reconciliation.
- Strong product analytics skills and experience with BI tools; SQL is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of regulatory environment for financial products (KYC/KYB, AML, tax, e-invoicing).
