Moniepoint is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UX) to craft intuitive fintech product experiences, lead end-to-end design work, and mentor junior designers within cross-functional teams. What you would do
- Develop design strategies that align with business goals and user needs
- Oversee the full design process from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing and A/B tests to refine solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
- Create reusable UI components and contribute to the evolving design system
- Promote accessibility and inclusive design across products
