• Own the performance of paid marketing channels from strategy to execution, including designing and running structured A/B tests.
• Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
• Develop campaign structures, audiences, offers and retargeting strategies.
• Manage and optimise advertising budgets.
• Analyse campaign data and build reporting on CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and AOV.
• Scale successful campaigns and build a repeatable customer-acquisition system.
