What you would do
- Drive operational excellence by partnering with business leaders to improve performance and standardise operations.
- Provide enterprise-wide operational support across portfolio companies and conduct regular business visits and performance reviews.
- Support design and continuous improvement of processes, operating models, governance, SOPs, and controls to drive consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and integration projects with risk mitigation and timely delivery.
- Monitor performance using key metrics and dashboards; deliver executive reports and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct operational assessments and process audits to identify risks and improvement opportunities; track action plan implementation.
- Build relationships with portfolio leadership and functions to resolve operational challenges and support objectives.
- Support development and implementation of governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare materials for executive meetings and strategic reviews to inform decisions.
- Represent Operations in cross-functional projects and other strategic engagements; support change management and knowledge sharing.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or related) is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or similar are desirable.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, or Operational Excellence.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or operating within a holdings/conglomerate or consulting environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience preparing executive reports and performance dashboards.
- Experience working across multiple industries is advantageous.
