Senior Operations Manager

The role is for a Senior Operations Manager who will be the on-site operational leader accountable to management for daily operations, standards and performance of a luxury property. What you would do
- Take full, independent ownership of daily operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, security, drivers and gardening.
- Set tone for professionalism, discipline and accountability; lead by example.
- Make sound operational decisions without step-by-step direction from management.
- Identify and report issues with context, options and recommended actions.
- Build and continually improve operating systems, checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Directly manage the Operations Manager and provide senior oversight of junior and mid-level staff.
- Resolve staff conflicts and operational disputes swiftly and fairly.
- Ensure guest experience meets luxury hospitality standards across all spaces.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and high-stakes requests with composure.
- Conduct regular unannounced inspections and translate guest feedback into improvements.

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 5-8 years' experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, luxury serviced apartments or short-let/Airbnb management.
- At least 2-3 years in a senior or managerial leadership role.
- Experience supervising both junior/mid-level staff and facility teams.
- Exposure to property renovation or construction-adjacent supervision preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- Based in Abuja.
- Available for full-time on-site work with flexibility for outside-hours operations during remodels.
- Ready to take up a senior leadership role with immediate effect.
