Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager

About this role

A senior role in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for EIDU Nigeria, responsible for designing and implementing M&E frameworks, leading research and evaluation projects (including RCTs), and coordinating with government education bodies to measure impact and inform strategy.

What you would do

• Design and implement an M&E framework for Nigeria programs
• Lead end-to-end research and evaluation projects from scoping to dissemination
• Manage government research engagement and oversee M&E activities with state education ministries
• Lead impact evaluations including randomized controlled trials
• Develop SOPs, tools, and templates for data collection, management and reporting
• Identify opportunities to expand the department's work and build partnerships for funding and RFP responses

What they are asking for

• PhD or advanced degree in Social Sciences, Data Science, or Education
• 6+ years M&E experience in international development, EdTech, or education programs in LMICs
• Proven experience building M&E frameworks with quantitative and qualitative methods
• Strong statistical skills using STATA, R, or Python
• At least 2 years managing communications and M&E with government entities in Nigeria
• Ability to travel across Nigeria
