Senior MEAL and Innovation Officer

What you would do
- Develop and implement MEAL systems, plans and tools aligned with project documents and donor requirements
- Monitor progress against plans, budgets and targets, and report variances to management
- Conduct field monitoring, assessments and verification to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Collect, manage and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, preparing dashboards and reports
- Ensure accountability to affected populations by safeguarding data, handling feedback and communicating responses
- Identify innovative approaches and digital solutions to enhance programme effectiveness and service delivery
