Senior Manager – Strategy, Administration & Customer Experience

About this role

A full‑time Senior Manager role in Abuja overseeing three areas: strategy and performance, administration, and customer experience for a consortium of health, tech and related organisations.

What you would do

• Lead OKR implementation and work with departments to define key results
• Track organisational performance and coordinate strategic planning
• Prepare reports for management and directors and follow up on strategic commitments
• Oversee central administrative systems, procedures and documentation
• Coordinate administrative workflows and ensure deadlines and commitments are met
• Establish customer service standards, monitor customer experience and develop SOPs and training
