Senior Manager - Plant Operations Premier Feed Mills
About this role
A senior role overseeing the full operation of Flour Mills' large-capacity plant in Lagos, ensuring high production, efficiency, cost control and compliance with HSE and quality standards in a coastal environment. Targets include uptime, throughput, and continuous improvement while leading a large team and coordinating automation and maintenance.
What you would do
- Manage full-scale operations of the 1000 TPD plant.
- Drive throughput optimization and minimise downtime.
- Ensure alignment with production and cost targets.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Maintain compliance with HSE, quality and environmental standards.
- Lead and develop a large centralized team and drive lean, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What they are asking for
- HND or BSc in Milling Operations, Agricultural Engineering or related discipline.
- MBA in Operations Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years' cognate experience.
- Membership in Feed Industry Practitioners Association (FIPAN) required.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt required.
