What you would do

• Plan, design, approve and deploy technology solutions for EB and FBB customers.
• Lead trials and evaluation of technical solutions and equipment for network suitability.
• Research and assess new technology solutions to enable network capabilities for EB and FBB.
• Manage outsourced services contracts, including tenders, evaluation, negotiation and renewal.
• Contribute to Network Division rollout strategy for capacity needs of EB and FBB services.
• Recommend tools and technologies for procurement by the CTO.
• Support the FBB and EB Sales teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure quality solution designs and delivery above KPIs.
• Provide first-line technical support for Network Enterprise Services.
• Guide the FBB and EB commercial teams on leveraging technology evolution for business results.
