Senior Learning Designer, Product-Focused

About this role

The role is for a Senior Learning Designer, Product-Focused to join the Nile Digital Education Department at Nile University in Abuja. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end instructional and learning experience design, translate learning needs into product requirements and learning journeys, and collaborate with subject matter experts, media producers, product and technology teams to develop digital learning products.

What you would do

• Lead end-to-end instructional and learning experience design.
• Translate learning needs into product requirements and learning journeys.
• Design curricula, modules, courses, assessments and learning activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, media producers, product teams and technology teams.
• Create storyboards, prototypes and learning specifications.
• Analyse learner data to improve learning products.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Business or related discipline.
• 5 - 7 years' experience in instructional/learning design.
• Strong experience designing digital learning products.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or equivalent.
• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of UX/LX principles and learning analytics.
