Senior Lead - Sales and Trade Development (Ikoyi)

About this role

Senior Lead overseeing Sales and Trade Development in Ikoyi, Lagos for MTN Nigeria. Responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and strengthening channel relationships within the territory.

What you would do

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, Mobilize Consultants, Field Support Agents and SRAA.
• Increase sales activations and product penetration by ensuring brand visibility in the territory.
• Review channel operations and stock levels to ensure proper stock management to meet customer demand.
• Coach and train direct reports on objectives, targets, and product knowledge; identify development opportunities.
• Review team member performance and conduct appraisals.
• Coordinate technical activities and ensure transaction and administrative documentation is complete and available for business use.

What they are asking for

• First degree (B.Sc. or HND) in any Social Science or related field.
• 3+ years post-degree experience; 3-7 years in a related area with supervisory experience.
• Experience in a medium-sized organisation and in using data mining tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Telecoms experience would be an added advantage.
