Senior Lead - Commercial Sourcing, Finance

Role focuses on efficient and cost‑effective procurement for MTN Nigeria, guiding sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and process improvements for IT goods and services. Targeted at professionals with experience in purchasing and sourcing within a medium‑sized organisation.

What you would do

• Review approved requisitions for negotiations and purchase orders in line with policies
• Initiate and manage Blanket Purchase Agreements and amendments
• Facilitate contract drafting with the legal team and oversee execution
• Monitor changes to awards, POs, BPAs and contracts as required
• Update sourcing reports to aid decision‑making and track KPIs
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain delays

• First degree in any related discipline
• Fluent in English
• PGD, MBA and CIPS an added advantage
• 3–7 years in a similar area with supervisory experience
• Experience in a medium organisation and in purchasing functions
• Proficient in MS Office and able to apply Oracle Fusion or similar ERP
