What you would do

• Advise on cross-border restructuring and financing concepts
• Advise on international group tax law and foreign tax law
• Structure corporate transactions and reorganisations for tax purposes

• Assist with tax audits, mutual agreement procedures and APAs
• Manage complex tax projects and coordinate audits and consulting tasks
• Motivate and develop team members and foster professional growth

• At least five years of experience in international tax consulting
• Specialisation in transfer pricing or transaction projects preferred
• Degree in economics or law or finance; ideally with a passed tax exam (CTIN)
