About this role

Senior, ITTS Advisory role with Ernst & Young in Lagos, within the International Tax Services team in Nigeria. You will advise multinational clients on cross-border tax issues, including restructuring, financing concepts and transfer pricing, and support related tax planning. The position targets experienced international tax professionals, typically with at least five years in the field.

What you would do

• Advise on cross-border restructuring and financing concepts, international group tax law, foreign tax law, and company acquisitions and sales.
• Structure tax aspects of corporate transactions and reorganisations.
• Identify tax risks in the context of tax due diligence.
• Support transfer pricing systems and cross-border value creation processes, and assist with tax audits, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing agreements.
• Manage complex tax projects, coordinate audit and consulting assignments, and promote the professional and personal development of team members.

• At least five years of professional experience in international tax consulting, ideally with a specialization in transfer pricing or transaction projects.
• Degree in Economics or Law or Finance; ideally with a passed tax exam (CTIN).
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Analytical skills and a precise way of working.
• Empathetic personality with clear objectives and an entrepreneurial mindset.
