About this role

Senior IT Business Automation Analyst based in Lagos for De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites. The role aims to support the hotel's digital transformation by identifying, analysing and automating business processes to improve efficiency, service experience and reduce costs. It is suitable for candidates with experience in business process automation, RPA and BPM technologies and Agile methods.

What you would do

• Identify processes suitable for automation
• Document requirements from stakeholders
• Design automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath and BPM platforms
• Lead the automation team
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to drive adoption
• Govern automation projects to ensure compliance and alignment with policies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience or understanding of business process automation and digital transformation; knowledge of RPA and BPM technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
