Senior Interior Architect

About this role

Elvaridah, a Lagos-based business development company, is seeking a Senior Interior Architect with at least four years of experience to lead the design and delivery of high-end interior projects across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use spaces. The role involves developing design concepts, producing drawings and specifications, and managing projects from concept to completion in collaboration with clients, consultants and contractors.

What you would do

• Lead design and execution of high-end interior projects across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.
• Develop design concepts and produce drawings, layouts, mood boards and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
• Prepare construction documentation, working drawings, technical specifications and BOQs; assist with procurement.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate internal design teams to ensure quality and consistency.
