The role is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Generalist position based in Lagos for Inspiration 92.3FM, a family radio station. What you would do

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labour laws
• Advise managers on people-related issues and HR guidance
• Manage employee benefits and benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Support organisational culture and employee engagement activities
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to foster a fair, inclusive workplace
• Support general HR administration and record-keeping
• Maintain HR documentation with attention to confidentiality
• Assist with special HR projects as needed
