Senior HR Officer
About this role
Senior HR Officer role for Notionwave Technologies in Abuja. The position targets someone with HR experience who can develop policies, manage recruitment and performance systems, and advise on HR best practices within a technology and distribution context.
What you would do
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbook
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Design and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and coordinate learning and development initiatives
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or distribution
- Experience building HR structures from the ground up, developing policies, managing culture and performance, succession planning and employee relations
- Strong leadership, communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Membership of CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is an advantage
- Ability to advise management on HR best practices
