Senior HR Officer
About this role
A Senior HR Officer provides guidance to line managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with Nigerian employment law and company policies. Based in Kado, Abuja, the role supports recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations within Intersect Consortium's HR team.
What you would do
- Assist line managers with recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee integration processes.
- Support performance management activities.
- Handle employee relations and policy compliance.
- Maintain HR administration and records.
- Prepare HR reporting and analytics to inform decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- 4–5 years of progressive HR experience including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Experience with HRIS or digital HR systems.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, especially Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM is an advantage.
