- Identify and resolve performance, scalability and reliability bottlenecks

- Build scalable backend services and distributed systems
- Investigate production issues and improve observability and operational reliability

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Golang backend development
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and data structures
- Experience with relational database design, indexing, query optimisation, and performance tuning
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures

- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and production software development
