About this role
The Senior General Manager, HEMM at Dangote Group in Lagos is responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs of heavy earth moving machinery used in mining operations, including fuel, brake, electrical and transmission systems. What you would do
- Plan and schedule maintenance resources for all mining equipment.
- Supervise and monitor the execution of planned maintenance and emergency repairs, prioritising based on work priority and equipment and manpower availability.
- Apply and uphold high maintenance standards while managing resources and costs.
- Ensure team members follow safety standards and safe work practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
