About this role

Senior Estate Surveyor and Valuer based in Lagos for Knight Frank. The role involves generating and executing new briefs in estate brokerage, property management and valuations, managing the Lagos branch for profitability, overseeing the branch portfolios in capital markets, property/facility management and valuations, and growing the client base.

What you would do

• Generate and execute new briefs for estate brokerage, property management and valuations for the Lagos branch
• Manage and run the full operations of the Lagos branch to achieve profitability
• Oversee the branch's capital markets, property/facility management and valuations portfolios
• Manage and expand the branch's existing client portfolio

What they are asking for

• First degree in Estate Management
• 12 to 15 years' experience in real estate brokerage, valuation and property/facility management
• Associate member of NIESV; member of ESVARBON
• Associate membership of RICS is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in the vacancy location
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook; good communication and client management skills
