Senior Estate Surveyor and Valuer
About this role
Senior Estate Surveyor and Valuer needed for a Rivers state branch to manage operations and grow the portfolio in Estate brokerage, Property/Facility Management, and Valuations. Suitable for experienced real estate professionals with relevant qualifications.
What you would do
- Manage and run the branch's full operations for profitability
- Oversee Capital Markets, Property/Facility Management and Valuations activities in the branch
- Manage existing client portfolio and expand it for the branch
- Generate and execute new estate brokerage, property management, and valuations briefs for the branch
- Maintain relationships with clients, staff, vendors and contractors
- Utilise systems and IT tools to support operations and reporting
What they are asking for
- First degree in Estate Management with minimum of 2nd class (lower/major)
- Associate Member of NIESV; RICS membership an advantage
- 12 to 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, valuation and property/facility management
- Member of ESVARBON
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt real estate market and ability to multitask
