Senior Engineer - Production

What you would do
- Oversee operation of Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mills and related equipment from the Central Control Room during shifts.
- Ensure consignments meet internal quality specifications.
- Implement ISO systems and safety standards in Production.
- Coordinate autonomous maintenance with shift patrollers to improve plant availability.
- Coach and train CCR operators and newly hired staff to improve production and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot operational problems to maintain continuous plant operation.
- Relieve other Kiln CCR operators during absences.
- Support achievement of optimal fuel efficiency, power use and workforce utilisation.
- Execute shift operations and respond to production needs, including auxiliary equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
