Senior Engagement & Operating Model Lead

About this role

Foteino Talento, an HR consultancy and co-working space in Lagos, is seeking experienced independent consultants for project-based engagements. The role involves leading complex consulting projects and operating model design across Nigeria and selected African markets. You will manage workstreams, timelines, quality, and client handover, and present evidence-based findings and design trade-offs to executives. The work includes diagnosing operating models and translating business strategy into capabilities and interfaces, while coordinating specialist input and maintaining accountability. The position targets professionals who can independently drive engagements, defend recommendations and collaborate with other specialists.

What you would do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and coordinate workstreams, timelines and dependencies
• Ensure quality assurance and client handover for projects
• Facilitate executive discussions and present findings and recommendations
• Independently lead operating model diagnostics and design workstreams
• Translate business strategy into operational capabilities and interfaces
• Integrate specialist contributions while maintaining accountability and scope boundaries
• Defend recommendations and respond to professional challenge
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality and quality assurance
