Senior Engagement and Operating Model Lead

Foteino Talento is seeking experienced independent consultants for project-based engagements in Nigeria and selected African markets. The role focuses on delivering complex consulting projects and designing operating models that translate business strategy into capabilities and structures. You will lead multi-workstream engagements, integrate specialist inputs, and present evidence-based recommendations to clients. The position involves facilitating executive discussions and ensuring quality, scope adherence, and clear accountability. This is a full-time opportunity based in Lagos for individuals with a track record in operating model diagnostics and design.

What you would do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and manage workstreams, timelines, dependencies and client handover.
• Coordinate contributions from specialists while maintaining accountability, standards and scope boundaries.
• Independently lead operating model diagnostics and design workstreams.
• Translate business strategy into operating capabilities and interfaces.
• Facilitate executive discussions and present findings, recommendations and trade-offs.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to professional standards.
• Defend recommendations and respond to professional challenges.
• Collaborate with other specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present evidence-based insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional judgment throughout engagements.
