Senior Data Scientist

They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to enhance the Fingerprint Pro Identification Service using advanced data science and machine learning in a high-load, real-time setting. What you would do
- Develop data-driven algorithms for the Fingerprint Identification Service using ML on noisy and unlabeled data.
- Lead design and implementation of supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised learning approaches.
- Own data science projects from concept through deployment to the real-time platform.
- Design experiments and solutions for ML engineering challenges, including real-time inference and training pipelines.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to investigate ad-hoc questions and data anomalies.
- Promote an engineering-focused, data-driven culture by sharing tools and approaches.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation with advance scheduling and balanced coverage.

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, and backend development
- Strong foundations in ML and statistics
- Experience with supervised learning, gradient boosting, and high-cardinality data
- Experience with semi-supervised and unsupervised learning
- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and solving problems with limited labeled data
- Experience with real-time ML service development and model-to-service integration
- Ability to deploy ML models as MVP real-time web services
- Excellent coding skills in SQL and software engineering tools (Git, CI/CD, shells)
- Fluent English for global remote teamwork
