What you would do

• Lead and review civil engineering designs and technical deliverables.
• Provide technical direction during planning, design reviews, and construction activities.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, codes, standards, and HSE rules.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Offer expert guidance on foundations, concrete, steel structures, drainage, and earthworks.
• Manage technical risks and approve design changes and deviations.
• Support project planning, cost optimisation, and resource use.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve engineering issues.
• Contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
