What you would do

• Identify and win enterprise merchants using a consultative, solution-led sales approach
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities across acquiring, APMs and complex payment flows
• Act as a trusted advisor to merchants, understanding their models and payment challenges
• Engage senior stakeholders on acceptance strategy, local payment methods, cross-border optimisation and scalability
• Manage the full sales cycle for complex, multi-market deals from origination to closing
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance and Operations to design scalable merchant solutions

• 6+ years total experience in business development, sales or related roles
• At least 3 years in online payments/fintech with broad payments ecosystem knowledge
• Proven track record selling pay-ins to merchants (card acquiring and APMs)
• Strong understanding of target verticals, market trends and competition
• Knowledge of payment products, processes and client pain points across acquiring and APMs
• Relevant network within payments or fintech ecosystem
