What you would do
- Lead, coach and manage a team of 5–10 sales representatives.
- Conduct field coaching and joint client visits to close high-value deals.
- Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies for B2B SME exporters.
- Optimise SOPs using data analytics to improve sales efficiency.
- Drive pipelines through a mix of telemarketing, in-person consultations, and social-media sourcing.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance forecasts to senior leadership.
- Build and leverage a network of B2B traders, logistics providers, and industry associations to generate leads.
