Senior Business Analyst

The position targets someone who can translate complex business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions and support Agile delivery. The role involves leading requirements gathering, analysing processes, creating documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders, developers and product teams to ensure successful delivery and testing. What you would do
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse business processes and document requirements, user stories, use cases, and process models.
- Support Agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams for solution delivery.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate solutions and maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum are an added advantage.
- Strong elicitation, BPMN, user story development, data analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Draw.io.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI, ML, and GenAI; experience documenting AI-driven solutions and translating business challenges into measurable AI use cases.
- Ability to translate business needs into measurable outcomes and demonstrate strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
