About this role

Guinness Nigeria Plc is recruiting a Senior Brand Manager for beer in Lagos. The role owns the assigned beer brands, drives growth and market performance, and leads the end-to-end consumer journey, activation and governance across Africa Partner Markets.

What you would do

• Deliver brand P&L, net sales value, market share, brand health, and ROI targets for assigned beer brands.
• Lead development and execution of integrated annual brand plans to drive growth and consumer engagement.
• Own the end-to-end consumer and shopper journey, translating global campaigns into locally relevant activation.
• Manage agency partners and adaptation processes for efficient campaign deployment across markets.
• Ensure brand governance and compliance with global standards and responsible marketing principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and maximise impact.

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of marketing, commercial or FMCG experience.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns and business results.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Digital literacy, including familiarity with AI tools.
• Ability to translate consumer, shopper and cultural insights into activation strategies.
